THE COTTAGE
The cottage has 3 large double sized bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The rear bedroom, overlooking the beautiful south facing garden, has a king size bed and a vaulted ceiling which makes it even more light and spacious. There is a large family bathroom and an ensuite shower room to the front bedroom.
The middle bedroom has 2 single beds and original period feature fireplace.
There is off road parking for up to 3 cars.
THE SPACE
Downstairs is a cosy front room with an original period feature fireplace.
There is a work desk and chair here. Or you can enjoy a peaceful read in one of the cosy chairs or listen to music while the evening sun lights up the room.
The lounge area is semi open plan to the kitchen/dining area, with cosy sofas, tv, wifi, and a woodburner for those chilly evenings.
The kitchen/dining room area has a large double rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and large samsung american style fridge/freezer and an extendable table seating up to 6 people.
The utility room offers a space to enter with sandy feet or muddy wet boots! There is space to hang your coats and leave your shoes and your wet, sandy pooch! There is a washing machine, a microwave oven, wine cooler and a sink.
THE GARDEN
A large decked area offers space for alfresco dining in the south facing garden, with another south/west facing decked area with a gazebo and festoon lighting for the evenings.
